I have loved this movement for years and transcribed the orchestral part for organ to play with a pianist. That didn't happen (yet!) and so I decided to go the whole way and transcribe it "all" for organ. When I say 'all', I mean 'most'. I had to leave out the triplet semiquaver sections over the rising chromatic chords at bars 58 and 66 and also ask an assistant to play the flute solo at bar 34.
Hope you can live with that - I can and can enjoy playing the piece though I will always revert back to the original!
