Reporting Orgelbaron

This morning I reported the information on Orgelbaron to abuse@register.ly Here's the response from them. "Dear Bayless,

There is a new update on your support ticket. You can review the message below and reply from your client area if needed.

Message

Dear Bayless,

Thank you for reaching out to Register.ly Abuse Department.

We have received your report regarding the domain cutt.ly. Please note that cutt.ly is a public URL shortening service and Register.ly acts solely as the domain name registrar. We do not host the website, its files, or the sample sets mentioned in your report.

To ensure this issue is handled effectively, we recommend the following steps:

If an individual is using a specific shortened link (for example, cutt.ly/example) to redirect visitors to unauthorized content, please provide the exact shortened link. You can also report abuse directly to the URL shortener on their website so the link can be disabled.
Because the files and transactions are hosted on third-party servers, copyright infringement and takedown notices should be submitted directly to the web hosting provider where the content is physically hosted, as domain registrars do not have access to remove or alter hosted files.
If you wish to file a formal intellectual property or abuse complaint with our Abuse team, please provide full documentation, including the exact URLs where the unauthorized content is hosted, evidence of copyright ownership, and any relevant legal documentation. Reports are reviewed in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy and Terms of Service. Please note that submitting a report does not automatically result in domain suspension without verified legal grounds.

Since I don't have any copyright on these sample sets, the copyright owners will have to send that information. It might be best to refer to my Ticket ID #R-679261 and give them the site hosting his store which is https://drive.google.com/file/d/1o1ZAClMi38tWB_LPLsXlQQAPf0LsU-ya/view. If the person who brought him to justice a few years ago is still with the CB group, they might be able to re-open the same complaint with the court which handled it and save having to start from scratch again.
