Franck of the month for June, part 2.
Rather like a compare & contrast exercise, here is a second performance, this time on the rather later CC of Caen.
My interest was, not only, in comparing the sound of these two great instruments, but also the effect that they, & the building, might have had on the performance.
Also, for those who might have missed 32’ pitch in the final section, it is here in abundance!
