Description:
Domenico Zipoli (1688-1726) was an Italian composer from the Baroque period who worked and died in Córdoba, in the Viceroyalty of Peru, Spanish Empire, (presently in Argentina). He became a Jesuit in order to work in the Reductions of Paraguay where he taught music among the Guaraní people. He is remembered as the most accomplished musician among Jesuit missionaries.

The Post Communio is a cheerful happy-snappy piece to remind the congregation to give freely and with a happy heart.

adri played a piece by Zipoli a few days ago and so I remembered I had the Tagliavini bundle Zipoli's works also.
Thanks, adri.
Hadn't seen it for ages!
