| Description: | Back from holidays, which were with very little organ playing but this Pastorale composed by Amédée Reuchsel (1875-1931), a French organist and "maître de chapelle".
It is the second movement of his 3rd organ sonata, with a very supple and sinuous melody, and a dreamy central part on the voix céleste.
The solo stops are first the oboe, then the waldhorn at 04:20 and the Klarinette for the last bars. |
