J. G. Walther (1684 - 1748) was a near contemporary and cousin of J. S. Bach. His own output for organ includes no less than 132 chorale preludes on Lutheran chorale melodies.

The title of this chorale translates as "From heaven above to Earth I come". To me, this delightful registration matches the mood and texture of this miniature nicely.
