Description:
This is the first noel in the first Suite of Michel Corrette (1708 - 1795).
It has a nice middle variation which feels like a lullaby for the Christ child in a mild 3/4 mood.
I decided to use the beloved Rossignol in this variation to have also the birds adore the Christ Child.
