'Chorale semplice (in memoriam James Pressler) (2014) was written in memory of James Pressler, an organist who after health difficulties made physical playing no longer possible continued to pursue sharing his musical performances by means of computer realizations.'
'A member of the Hauptwerk and CCH communities since the very beginning, and a talented creator of virtual performances.'

This piece can be played with different registrations and/or with use of the swell pedal. I choose to play this chorale at a single dynamic, without change, as suggested by the composer. I use only the Flöte d'amor 8' of the Schwellwerk. 

In 2014 a lot of uploads of this wonderful piece have been shared by different users on very different organs. This is a very fine, atmospheric chorale. I can only recommend downloading the score and playing the piece, the notes are easy and the effect is great!
