Auld Lang Syne

Traditional song sung at midnight on New Years. Never celebrated New Year apart from the millennium as the changing of a day doesn't end people's problems or suffering and if you're not into partying it has no purpose - so I've only ever participated in the linking of hands and trying to stumble through the words when I was a wee young un. Couldn't tell you what the words mean but they are by Scottish Poet Robbie Burns.

I would hazard a guess that this holds some kind of record for being the song that is sung by the most people at the same time (several times across the world!).
