Die Dänische Königshymne

For the friends of the full organ now the 4-part movement of the Royal Anthem of Denmark. The melody is taken from a collection of anonymous violin pieces and the text is by Johann Ewald. I wrote the movement more than 20 years ago and the trio a good 2 years ago.

The Eisenbarth organ of Friesach provides a festive setting, where - for this special occasion - I also pulled the "Untersatz 32". What a reverberation after the last chord ....

By the way, there is still a folk anthem, which I have also already set. I'll upload it when I'm done with the porting for GrandOrgue.
