Three short pieces here from Sixty Short Pieces. They are pieces 47: Choral 11: Melody 58: Lydian Prelude
OK, so they're not the most exciting pieces ever but they're nice short works that can be used for various interludes or occasions in a service.
Follows Peeter's suggestions for registration, which shows off some of the softer stops of the Caen organ. However, 'Melody' should have used an Oboe. The organ was set up with Salicional and I liked it. The Lydian Prelude sounds quite strange - I promise that is how it is written and not me just hitting random notes!
Recorded with Hauptwerk 4, Rear ranks of Caen.
Hope you enjoy.

I'm doing these in batches of three not because they belong together in three but that is about all I can manage recording wise on the organ at the moment. It also divides nicely into 60 over about three weeks.
