Genre: | Improvisation of a jazzy theme from like ages ago |
Description: | Updated:
The theme, even though I gave up alcohol ages ago, came about when I was a little drunk at a friend's party (mixing whiskey with beer; bad idea), really many, many years ago, and I wandered off into another room with a piano and just played away and this theme was born; and I literally flew my hands over the keyboard so fast. That was amazing. Not drunk enough to ever forget that theme, though! Probably fastest playing ever! Haha. But: I am not espousing you to drink to get faster fingers. Lol.
I am now still suffering from an infection and some fever and this might have been the right moment to use the theme again to improvise around it, as I have done so many times, but never recorded it. This rendering is of course totally new, and fasten your seatbelts for a mildly wild rollercoaster ride.
Quite a contrast with the "Meditation for Peace" composition, which I recorded right after it. But had to delete as there was a problem with the audio of it; will be uploaded later. |
