Richard E. Frey (b. 1945) was educated at Westminster Choir College, Boston University, and Palmer Theological Seminary. He has served as organist and director of music at a number of churches. Frey has published compositions with various firms, including National Music Publishers, Hope Publishing, and Lorenz Publishing Company.
