From Sixty Short Pieces for Pipe or Reed Organ.
Decided to return to my series of Flor Peeters and try and finish the book off in the coming weeks. The rest of the series so far is in a playlist that can be found here:

The pieces are described as being a collection of easy pieces - they can be played on manuals or with pedals. We've all been in situations where we need some music fast that sounds good and is sight readable. Well this books seems to fit the bill.
This piece is strange for me. I didn't like it to start with. I didn't like it when I recorded it a couple of days ago. I didn't like it when I edited it yesterday. Today I like it - I guess I can finally step back and just listen to it overall, rather than worry about the technical aspects of the score, editing etc.
Flor Peeters (1903 - 1986) was a Belgian organist, composer and teacher. To read more about him visit

Hope you enjoy.
