I was very heavily influenced by a famous filmed rehearsal go the legendary Leonard Bernstein in terms of the slow tempo. In terms of translating it to the organ, it is the inimitable Peter Conte at the Wanamaker store that is my inspiration.
Whilst the Eule organ is considerably smaller it is capable of a remarkable orchestral crescendo and diminuendo, which I hope this demonstrates!
