Élévation, No. 2, Opus 5

I first heard this piece six months ago, played by Erik Simmons aka Hoofdwerk. He played it on the Cavaillé-Coll of St. Omer, which is a perfect organ for this piece.

While I was sitting behind my HW setup, I immediately wanted to play it. The Riepp was already loaded, so for practice that would suffice. To my surprise I liked how it sounded. I doubted to upload it, since it isn't the obvious French romantic sound you'll hear. But since I don't upload much romantic stuff, here it is anyway ;)
