Dragon parades are more commonly found during Chinese New Year celebrations, but I thought the title would be more fitting to the piece than something Japanese. If there's anyone who can tell me whether similar parades are celebrated in Japan as well, please let me know! :-)
As a side note, this piece (as did the last two, "Kōjō No Tsuki" and "Sakura") features extra impulse response convolution reverb, which was added to the individual HW stereo audio group recordings via GoldWave before they were merged into a single 8-channel WAV file for cutting.
