J.S. Bach, "Jesus Christus, unser Heiland (Alio modo) BWV 666

Bach did not include this 'undervalued' and still little-known chorale prelude 'Jesus Christus unser Heiland' BWV 666 in his collection of Leipziger chorale, compiled in the years before his death iin 1750; it was added to the collection after his passing. There are signs, both in the structure and the abundant 'improvisational outbursts' (how apt is the categorisation 'alio modo' in this context!) that this delightful composition is one of the very early works by the master. The Netherlands Bach Society also seems to suggest this.
