Moritz Moszkowski (1854-1925) was a Polish jew, who lived most of his life in Germany and was a teacher at Berlin conservatory. He was well known in his time as a pianist and composer in the vein of Chopin.

Here is one of his piano pieces which happens to sound good on the organ, played on the Polish German instrument of Krzeszow and featuring the Hauptwerk Unda Maris and various other soft flutes and strings.
