A Trumpeter's Lullaby

A Trumpeter's Lullaby (1949)
Composer: Leroy Anderson (1908 - 1975)
arranged by artist

This song was first premiered by Arthur Fiedler and the Boston Pops Orchestra. Anderson was an arranger and composer for the Boston Pops, composing many selection that became standard repertoire. Think of such hits as "Bugler's Holiday," "The Typewriter," "The Syncopated Clock," and of course "Sleigh Ride."

It adapts well to the organ, and has been uploaded by others to great effect, here on CB.
