Here are some german romantic works recorded on the beta version of the new Pipeloops set in preparation.
Usually, I easily find works to record a few demos, but this time I struggled a bit—though it feels good to step out of my comfort zone. So I needed a little time to prepare and get accustomed to this organ and the works. I am exploring only a part of this organ's possibilities here.
1. Salomo Heinrich Bodenschatz (1807-1859). Prelude and fuge C.
2. Kazimierz Garbusinski (1883-1945) Canon
3:01
3. Julius André (1808-1880) Adagio Am
4:09
4. Wilhelm Volckmar (1812-1887).
Allein Gott
6:15
Freu dich
8:17
O dass ich
9:12
O Gott du frommer Gott
10:16
Jesu mein Freude
11:47
5. Walther Schuster (1930-1992)
Freu dich
14:13
Listening to the demo I'm earing a glitch at the beginning of the Bodenschtz fuge... curious, because the only editing point of the piece is at the end (I replace the original end with the new adding the trompete of the Great).
