Charles Ferlus composed his op 36 to be published in the collection "Le trésor des Chapelles". He composed also the 4th part that I uploaded in 2022

Charles-Raymond Ferlus was born in Lodève in 1829 and died in Narbonne in 1892 where he was organist at church St-Paul-Serge during half a century. He studied music in Toulouse. One of his friend was the great Lefébure-Wely. He wrote a lot of pieces for piano.
Since the first upload of the collection in november 2022 I must say that I don't regret any minute dedicated to this project.

I play here the demo of the sample of Béziers cathedral published by Sonus Paradisi. The demo has really enough stops to provide a medium size organ, typical for this repertoire. And some colors (last piece) sound like the harmonium.
I left these live recordings in, including two small rhythmic errors that hardly detract from the style.
