Toccata-Flourish & Fugue on "Wachet Auf"

I wrote this piece 24 years ago in a fit of youthful brashness. I'd just heard a very inspiring concert, and was moved to create this piece for the performer. Alas, I never even received a "thank-you". (so much for encouraging young organists, I guess).

There are a few spots I might write differently, and I wish maybe I'd developed the fugue more, But....

I love it for what it is - a piece written in a matter of hours, the notes and structure came to me so quickly due to my euphoria from such fine music-making. I've long since decided to leave it as it is, and smile at my youthful exuberance.
