Wilhelm Rudnick was a German organist and church musician and lived in the Romantic era. His organ works are typical examples of that romantic period between (roughly) Mendelssohn and Reger. I recorded one of his Abendmahls-Präludien. These preludes were probably meant for services in which the Holy Supper was central. This could be music which accompanied the congregation to the table, but I'm not entirely sure.
The North German organ of the Martinikerk, Groningen isn't the obvious choice for the music of Rudnick. However, it was a nice experiment and I like how it sounds. Thanks to the many soft 8' stops on the Hoofdwerk, you can get a more romantic sound, but the baroque soul of this organ doesn't hurt this piece at all.
