Playing Nagy Istvan (istwannn)
Thank you, István, for the nice presentation.
It's the baroque organ of Norrfjarden Church. The organ was originally made for the German church in Stockholm by Paulus Müller in 1609. The originally two-manual organ was expanded to three manuals and 35 stops by George Herman. The organ served in its original location until 1777, after which it was dismantled and sold. It was no longer erected in its original form, but divided into two parts, the Rücpositiv lived a separate life, and the divided organ appeared in several smaller Swedish towns over the next 150 years. Miraculously, the original structure was preserved, so in the 1990s, under the direction of Professor Hans-Ola Ericsson, the organ was completely restored to its 1777 condition.
Lars Palo made the recording in 2011, which he did not publish until 2023, in grandorgue format.

Dominique asked me in December to make a Hauptwerk version of the pattern, and I, with Lars Palo's permission, was more than happy to oblige.
In about 1 week, I will publish the sample, of course as a free download. I hope that the Hauptwerk community will welcome this wonderful baroque organ.
