Description: | Roman Bissinger was born in 1967 in the city of Bamberg, Germany. He grew up in a very musical environment and took his first piano lessons when he was 10 years old. Because church music was always of great interest to him, he began to play the organ at 18 years of age and has, since then, performed avocationally at services in various churches. Today he lives and works amongst other things as a spare time musician (Catholic Church music C-exams) and composer in Munich.
The Bavarian Anthem was composed 1860 by Konrad Max Kunz with a text from Michael Oechsner. Roman Bissinger wrote a lovely Partita with 9 movements about it. Here are the timestamps:
00 Grand Choeur
43 Dialog
18 Trio
48 Minore
57 Aria
59 Meditation
01 Pedalicum
19 Duo
37 Choral
