This anonymous organ book was compiled around 1720. Some pieces can be assigned to some well known composers. I decided to record only some anonymous pieces of the first ton (d minor) to build a suite.
It's important to write that it's the only organ french book in which we can find a plain chant in haute-contre, a Récit and a Tierce en taille on the gregorian theme of the Ave Maris Stella. It's absolutly unique in the french baroque organ litterature.
