I have been captivated by this work since I first heard David's authoritive presentation - I am looking forward to sharing this at a couple of upcoming recitals.
In the meantime, I'm pleased to share this recording on the Evensong 1877 Wm. A. Johnson & Son organ.
Such a colorful set of sketches, and a wonderfully colorful organ on which to showcase it.
The solo flute which I use a couple of times most notably in "Yucca Blossoms" is just divine!
