While going through some Bach transcriptions (always worth looking for) I stumbled upon this beautiful transcription of the Andante from Violin Sonata No. 2 in A minor, BWV 1003. I know BWV 1003 and was surprised how well this transcription works for keyboard. When I took a closer look I found out this piece has its own BWV number, in other words: Bach transcribed his own piece for violin solo and rearranged it for harpsichord solo, something he did more often.
I don't think the complete Sonate BWV 964 would sound convincing on organ, but this Andante sounds wonderful on organ, especially because the wonderful harmonies and melodic lines do sound beautiful on organ. And the deep Montre 8' of the Andreas Silbermann organ of Ebersmünster certainly helps with that.
