Founder of the Essen Bach-Choir. In 1906 he became "Königlicher Musikdirektor" (Royal Music Director).

Editor and composer of organ and choir music. Died in Essen in 1939

This is the only organ work written by him I could find on IMSLP.
It is a choral prelude in baroque-yish style; the indication is: Risoluto // Volles Werck.

Considering these indications and the polyphone nature of the piece I played it on the Waltershausen Trost organ.

Performance: Live
Recorded in: Stereo
