Christ lag in Todesbanden, TWV 31:27

This is probably not the first piece you would think of when playing on this Hauptwerk model of the Mascioni organ of Este. I was preparing some pieces while trying out this sample set, when stumbling upon this nice setting on 'Christ lag in Todesbanden' by Georg Philipp Telemann. At first sight it looks like a manualiter piece, but like often with this kind of chorale preludes it's entirely possible to play the cantus firmus separately with the pedal. I choose the crystal clear Trombina 4' for the c.f.

This one is not for the purists.
