Description:
Charles-Alexandre Fessy (1804-1856) was a renowned Parisian organist, the first one of the new Cavaillé-Coll at La Madeleine church. Fessy style could be described as "pre-Lefeburian"and is typical of his period, with a mix of dramatic themes and light-opera effects, all that with a wealth of repeated chords.
