Richard Ellsasser (September 14, 1926 - August 9, 1972) was an American concert organist, composer, and conductor who was primarily active during the 1940s to 1960s. Wikipedia notes that he (at the time?) was the youngest, at age 19, to perform all works by Bach from memory.
Aside from being a prolific performer many may recognize his name as being attached (with John Bull) of the popular Rondo in G.
This is short piece but I think devilishly difficult at a goodly tempo to keep articulation constant throughout (which honestly I just try hit >85% ;0)). Tempo is marked Presto and I'm making full advantage of that here in a "concert" performance; but I played the work for the past Christmas Eve (the "children's service") at a slower, "service" tempo and it's effective that way as well.
This arrangement was published in collection 'Christmas Carols for Organ' from Harold Flammer in 1967. I am playing from that old score and don't know how readily it is available elsewhere. (PM me if interested in a copy?)
