Charles-Raymond Ferlus was born in Lodève in 1829 and died in Narbonne in 1892 where he was organist at church St-Paul-Serge during half a century. He studied music in Toulouse. One of his friend was the great Lefébure-Wely. He wrote a lot of pieces for piano.
