Komm o komm du Geist des Lebens

The last composition from the "Zweiter Versuch in figurirten Choräle und Fugen", by Friedrich Wilhelm Marpurg, is a choral Trio, based on the melody of "Komm, o komm, du Geist des Lebens". The right hand part plays an embellished version of the choral melody. The left hand introduces most of the motives of the embelished choral melody and uses them for the accompaniment as well. All in all a well written piece, nice to play and to listen to.

Hopefully I'll find a suitable source for the rest of the compositions from Marpurg's "Zweiter Versuch in figurirten Choräle und Fugen" so I can publish them as well.
