Description:	An additional German Folksong from the 19. century. "Der Schlemmer" is probably unknown to the non German audience. A "Schlemmer" is a gourmet, enjoying good food and beverages :-) I've set the melody to 4 voices many years ago and now adapted the composition for the organ. The song is from Franz Magnus Böhme, 1877 and the melody could be found in the "Altdeutsches Liederbuch". We listen to 3 Verses.
