Großer Gott, wir loben dich

After a long break related to the preparation of my master's thesis and the master's exam, I return to the channel with a new video presenting the sound of samples of Rieger organ from Melbourne, prepared by Inspired Acoustics and the short choral prelude "Großer Gott, wir loben dich" by Erwin Horn (* 1940).The presented sample set sounds quite dry, but its universal character allows you to perform pieces of different epochs. I tried to convey the majestic and sublime character of this piece by using the pyramid of principals from the "Great" division, topped with one of the two Mixtures in this section of the instrument, inspired by the German organ building.I hope you'll enjoy my interpretation of this short piece and that you'll leave "like" and a subscription!
