Description:	Series: Preludes for GL (GL = Gotteslob: Hymn book of the German-speaking Roman Catholic dioceses) Today: GL-number 289 O Haupt voll Blut und Wunden This chorale is a whole tone lower in the Hymn book GL than in the Choral Prelude by Bach. And because the piece has a certain length, I decided not to offer a transposition on my website (as usual). It is better suited for use in a church service as a meditation, e.g. for the offertory or communio.
