Hi everyone! Work has kept me away from CB, but I made time this weekend to get my hands on Piotr Grabowski's Alessandria Sampleset - I know I will have a lot of fun with this - a very very reverberant space. Having played a few instruments in spaces like this it is quite the experience. It is remarkable how well it sounds in Hauptwerk. Piotr has really done a remarkable job capturing this.

There's a TUBA - massive! With its own blower! Voiced in a very english way. I found some cheeky ways to include it in this movement.
I gave the first movement of Battison Hayne's Sonata, Op. 11 a whirl on this - while most certainly not the kind of instrument or accoustic that Mr. Haynes had in mind, I think it works rather well - a very different feel to the Schulze!
