**Apologies - I am missing a couple of seconds of audio at the end of the plain audio file - the YT video is complete - not entirely sure what happened here**
Tim Knight is an award-winning yorkshire composer, conductor, author and music publisher. I recently enjoyed playing the works in "Organ Music for Quiet Moments" and Tim kindly sent me a copy of one of his most recent compositions, the "Partita" for organ.

Tim says, "This concert piece (or concluding voluntary) was originally going to form the first movement of an Organ Sonata. However, it has become a stand alone piece, rhythmic and exciting in parts, but lyrical in others. The piece is dedicated to a young, talented organist living in America called Liam Lees, as a thank you for providing us with some recordings of our other organ titles."
The sampleset is the new 1961 Aeolian-Skinner in Pasadena Presbyterian Church. I have added a little of Hauptwerk's native reverb. This sampleset, with its clarity and exciting reeds and mixtures, works really well with this exciting little piece.
