Description:
The Swiss Psalm goes back to a spiritual song by Alberich Zwyssig. Its melody is by Wilhelm Baumgartner.
Since 1961 it has been the anthem of all Swiss people as determined by the Federal Council.

I have set the piece in July 2019 for 4 voices. The broad melodic line seduced me to weave a very moving counterpoint underneath.

The small organ of the MelcerChamberMusicHall fits best to these fast movements.

Have fun now with the song of the Swiss Confederates in my very special interpretation!
