'Couronnement'

Here a puzzle: I Found a MIDI file on my PC and don't know where I got it from. I searched the internet, I search teh Contrabombarde database. I don't know the composer, don't who created the MIDI file. It is not from my keyboard and it is organ MIDI. I had problem with my hand and decided to render this MIDI on the Cavaille-Coll organ of ND Metz

Who knows this music??
