Elegy

This is my Benchmark for pieces, Whenever I try a New organ its one of the pieces I play every time.

Always been a follower of the Hauptwerk World, But never seemed to get it to work properly with the Roland, I have been able to run the Software without glitches on my 6 core Dell XPS 15. After playing around with the free 23 stop Hereford set and listening to those warm enclosed reeds on the full swell I decided that Hereford had to be my first sample set purchase. In the current times with easter Sunday being today, and usually being tired by this point after playing for a whole load of services, this has given me some enjoyment of playing a real instrument in a real acoustic as well as being able to play a large instrument at any time of day like being in the cathedral itself.

Played on the Roland C-330 using Hauptwerk with the Lavender Audio Hereford 67 Sampleset. Recorded internally in Hauptwerk V and video captured with the Sony A6400 and Pedals GoPro Hero 3+ Black. Computer is Dell XPS 15 with 16Gb of ram.
