Were You There?

Agnus Dei's recent post of the Barber "Adagio for Strings" has sent me on a search for moire lush strings. And I landed at the Hereford Cathedral. Grounded. with little else to do, I have improvised a setting of this American Spiritual with all the "schmalttz" I could milk out of the Hereford. Hope it adds to your lenten season. Midi is attached. I love to edit them to play on other organs. There is such incredible wealth of talent on here. Wish more of you would post midis. There are so easy to do with Hauptwerk.
