My first upload earlier seems to have loaded successfully so here is some more. First I would like to thank Piotr Grabowski for providing us with this very good sample set from Austria. I feel it is somewhat unique in HW, other South German style instruments are often late 18th century French/German hybrid instruments, whereas this is pure Germanic and pure Baroque (perhaps the closest to it is the older Sonus Paradisi recordings from the Czech Republic). Whatever you think of the playing, I hope you agree it sounds good in this piece, a nice combination I think of clarity and warmth. Listening back it strikes me how much tension there is in this piece, but also that it offers solace, perhaps appropriate to the current global situation.
