Just As I Am, without One Plea (Woodworth)
Text: Charlotte Elliott (1789 - 1871)
Music: William B. Bradbury (1816 - 1868)
The Reuter in a quiet mood. We hear the French Horn, Flutes at 8', 2 2/3' and 1 3/5,' Strings and Vox Humana, Harp and Chimes.
We are singing this during communion during Lent (not this arrangement!) When I was growing up, we used this hymn many times during the alter calls at the Baptist Church where I attended with my family, and later became the organist at 17.
