Lately I've been working with my friend and fellow musician Engelbert Schön on adapting orchestral pieces to the organ. We started with Mozart's 41st Symphony ("Jupiter") and here's a recording of the first movement. The other three movements will follow..
It was hard to select a suitable sample set (I tried many), but I kept ending up with Caen.
Haarlem would have been a logical choice (because the young Wolfgang Amadeus played this organ in 1766), but to me Caen was the best option.
