For a long time I've been trying to find ways to modulate with hymns that keeps the character of the hymn and also encourages the congregation to sing more heartily on the last verse. There is always more to learn from those who do it so well and YouTube has many fine examples.
There is no field to select of "Congregational Hymn" which is what this is.... a practice session before going to church to play. Some different harmonizations used and a modulation from Dmaj to Emaj before the last verse.
