In three sections. The first in common meter resembles a fughetta but changes texture to a striking repeated chord pattern, ending with a decorative flourish (Man. 1 Flute 8' + Flute 4' + Principal 4'. + Quint 2-2/3'). The second section is in a lilting 6/8 meter (Man 2 Copula 8' + Flauta 4' + Octava 2' + Quint 1-1/3'). Near the end the pedal enters (Man 1 coupled to Subbass 16' + Octav 8') and guides the merriment to a suspenseful 3rd inversion 7th chord.
