Sample Producer: Milan Digital Audio
Sample Set: Notre Dame de Metz Mutin/Cavaillé-Coll
Software: Hauptwerk IV
Genre: Improvisation
Description:
The other day, I watched a lot of documentations about technical stuff, Earth history and inventions made during WW I&II, including the "Manhattan Project". That very intense material kept my inspiration to stay with these "battle style" improvisations a little bit longer than intended...

So, to unveil the trivia, this track -- or, to be more precise, the track name -- gave me puzzles on how to name it. Names like "Submarine Ride", "Tank Squad" or even "The H-Bomb" were stuck to my mind, before I finally recognized the distinct, marching character in the aftermath, which finally led to the less provoking piece's current title. Yet, it still keeps the hint to the dark and menacing character of the piece intact IMHO.

Let's see what else lies buried deep down in the hours of recorded material, which I still haven't listened to... ;)
